PDF Auditor purchases and subscriptions are billed by Apple through the App Store.

Refund requests

Refund requests are handled through Apple’s purchase support process. PDF Auditor support cannot approve, deny, or accelerate App Store refunds.

Billing support

For receipts, refund status, payment methods, family sharing, and subscription renewal issues, use Apple support or App Store account settings. PDF Auditor support can help with app behavior, restore-purchase troubleshooting, and Pro activation symptoms, but Apple controls billing decisions.
