Color Mode

PDF Auditor can follow your Mac’s appearance automatically, or you can force the app to stay in light or dark mode.

Change color mode

  1. Open View from the macOS menu bar.
  2. Open Color Mode .
  3. Choose System , Light , or Dark .

The selected mode is saved and used the next time you open PDF Auditor.

Options

OptionWhat it does
System Follows the current macOS appearance. If your Mac switches between light and dark automatically, PDF Auditor switches with it.
Light Keeps PDF Auditor in light mode, regardless of the current macOS appearance.
Dark Keeps PDF Auditor in dark mode, regardless of the current macOS appearance.

Automatic switching

Choose System if you want PDF Auditor to follow System Settings > Appearance on your Mac. This includes macOS’s automatic light/dark schedule.

Choose Light or Dark when you want PDF Auditor to stay in one appearance while the rest of macOS changes.
