Helpful details

  • The tab or workflow where the issue appears.
  • Whether the PDF is password-protected, encrypted, signed, or unusually large.
  • Whether the same file opens in Preview or another trusted PDF viewer.
  • Any steps that reliably reproduce the issue.

Do not send confidential PDFs unless support explicitly asks for a safe reproduction file and your organization permits it.
